Placing an Order

How can I order from you?

The best way to order from us is through this website. This ensures all details are processed accurately and quickly. Alternatively, you can email us with your order, though please be sure to include all details relating to banner sizes, finishes, quantities, artworks and delivery address.

How do you take payment?

We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal.

What's your turnaround time?

In the vast majority of cases, our turnaround time is 3-4 working days. Our turnaround time begins when order details, payment and artwork are confirmed and received. Please note that some materials and products require a longer turnaround time. Turnaround time can be affected by artwork and payment related issues, for which we cannot be held responsible.

My order is urgent, can I get my order turned around quicker?

Sometimes we may be able to help and bring your order forward onto the end of another print-run. Please note, this service is not always available and is subject to an extra charge – Please contact us for details info@fastbannersuk.co.uk

Artwork

How do I send artwork to you?

Once you have placed your order you can upload your artwork via the ‘Artwork Upload’ button on the main menu, and completing the details.

Can you design my artwork?

We do offer a free design service for most products. Please place you order and send design information to info@fastbannersuk.co.uk and we will send you a PDF proof back for approval. We normally send back a proof same day if received before 14.00pm.

How much room should I leave for hems and eyelets?

We recommend leaving at least 60mm space in from the edge of your design for important content such as text or logos.

Artwork Requirements

File Formats

We strongly prefer artworks to be supplied in PDF format, though we also accept EPS, AI, TIFF and JPG/JPEG. All fonts to be outlined too.

Bleed & Crop Marks

Please supply with 5mm bleed and crop marks.
We can add the crop marks on if need be.


If you have large files you can supply your artwork 25% or 50% of the finished size as long as the scale is correct.
